Peter Pan This piece is one of a series of paintings commissioned by The Toon Studio of Beverly Hills for me to recreate retro Storybook characters using my neomanneristic, urban style. I call these characters Urban Toons. Peter Pan is the subject of this painting. He is perched atop a telephone poll. He has commonalties with the original Peter Pan, but has updated his look to match his city environment. From this vantage point he can see the entire cityscape with the sun setting behind.
